SHIPPING
Shipping is to the UNITED STATES
Processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, afterwards a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon your item has shipped out.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Due to COVID, please allow anywhere from 2-10 business days for custom orders and delays if there are any.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you would like to ensure there’s no issue with your package, please be sure to track the order and be home during the time of delivery.
If your tracking shows the item is lost before delivery, we will issue a full refund or send out a new item.
If your item is missing or stollen after delivery, we cannot issue a refund.
Be sure to contact the delivery carrier for any information on shipping or delays. Once items have left the Yellow Rose Cosmetic facility they’re no longer within our control.
RETURN/ REFUND
We truly value our customers happiness
If there’s any defect with an item, we will issue a full refund.
For all other reasons such as “color match or dislike” we accept returns for store credit or exchanges.
